Ticket view
I have a tech who is unable to see new tickets assigned under the My Tickets tab. There are no filters being used. The tech has to search for tickets under their name to see new tickets. The last new ticket shown is from 11/18.

Exporting Service Catalog Item's Process List into a more friendly format?

WHD on recent Linux distributions
I am running WHD on CentOS 7.0. With that platform being EOL, I am looking for other options to run WHD on Linux, but all the options are outdated distributions. Are there plans to support more recent Linux distributions? Did anyone succeed to get WHD running on e.g. Ubuntu, Almalinux or Rocky Linux?

WHD 12.8.3 HF2 CSRF Errors
Has anyone expirence your helpdesk system crashing randomly? Seem like this didn't become a problem until HF2. What I'm noticing in the logs is when there are alot of CSRF erros they system will eventually crash. Anybody exprience problems from CSRF?
