Getting an error when trying to run report.
Hi All, Users experience the issue below when trying to run the report from the "Reports" screen. WHD version is 12.7.12. They are getting the following error. However, if we open the report and run it from within the Report Details screen, it will run successfully without error. Has anyone run into this?

Is there a way to Require both Location AND Company dropdowns?
At our company we have several different companies that reside at singular locations. I have searched the THWACK up and down and cannot find any info, but is there any way that I can require not only the Location dropdown within the "Details" section of our tickets but ALSO require a Company Dropdown in that same section?

Anyone else seeing HF2 version reported as HF1 after the update?
Certain we completed the recent HF1 and HF2 updates correctly, but our WHD system still reports it's running version as "Web Help Desk Version: 12.8.3 - Build #12.8.3.2893-HF1". Did the versioning edit get missed with the HF2 code, or have we not updated completely? Can anyone confirm?
Access Denied Error 403 after Hotfix
I applied the hotfix that was released yesterday and now when I log in with SAML I get Access Denied You don't have authorization to view this page. HTTP ERROR 403when opening from a worstation.
