We have a lot of approvers who click the "NO" option so their approval response does not appear in the ticket or email anywhere. Many times the approver will Approve the ticket, but put extra notes in the hidden approval, which we don't see/know about unless we manually expand the approval section on every ticket.
Is there a way to prevent an approver from hiding their responses? Or some action that we can script to allow the tech to get notified when there are notes listed in the approval/denied response from the Approver?
