In Web Help Desk, when we enable expiration alerts for asset warranty expiration, we also want the customization of the email notifications that are to be sent to tech. The Email heading can be changed from default heading provided in email. Moreover, the Fields required in the expiration email can be selected and set.

LDAP authentication seems to be the way most companies are moving. I was surprised it was no longer going to be an option in version 12.5.2. Is there any way this issue will be fixed and LDAP authentication will be released again in a later version?
