LDAP authentication seems to be the way most companies are moving. I was surprised it was no longer going to be an option in version 12.5.2. Is there any way this issue will be fixed and LDAP authentication will be released again in a later version?

All of our users have a thumbnailphoto inside of our Server 2012 r2 AD environment. Our web helpdesk pulls user accounts from that LDAP. Would it be possible to pull those photos over to the web helpdesk interface so our tech can see the client as well as their contact info? Thanks

I would like to request a feature to allow assets to be hidden from clients - specifically, so that a client does not have to search through a long list of assets that may be useful to technicians in order to find the two or three assets in their room that they would create a ticket on.
