I would like to be able to prevent certain Locations from appearing in the Tickets areas. This way I can create certain Locations for parts inventory that are not visible to clients and techs at ticket creation, etc.
My Clients get confused when they see location they hate it and want it go away.Not sure why I'm not allow to hide Location from them! Seems simple and basic, how could something like this not even been considered?
We have many "duplicate" locations due to not being able to modify the location field on the devices or because we have to have unique locations for specific devices for third party support. It would be nice to be able to hide them from non-techs.
