Forum SWSD not allowing login from Mobile device.

When attempting to log in to SWSD from the app on an iPad or iPhone, all we get is an error. It works fine from the desktop / Laptop. Why doesn't mobile devices work? This happens on cellular, WiFi, etc.

Mobile can be tricky to troubleshoot. I think your best bet is to work directly with support on this. (servicedesksupport@solarwinds.com)
