Forwarding emails into already open incident

Hi, is it possible for us to forward in an email into an incident, in the same way that reply to all works?

I want to be able to forward a separate email into an incident that is not part of the email chain but whenever i try putting #123 or Incident #123 in the forwarded email title it just creates a new incident

Is this built into SWSD or does it need to go under feature requests? Servicenow had this functionality so wasn't sure about SWSD
