Website errors after upgrading to versión 2023.1

We have identified in more than 8 different customers that after upgrading to version 2023.1 the SolarWinds website behaves in an unstable way, even though we removed the entire package (counting logs, folders) the slowness of the website and the unavailability in many cases has been very noticeable.

We executed multiple procedures such as package repair, recreated the website again but the failures persist and we have been investigating that there is a known bug on the website registered in the release notes of version 2023.1 where it mentions a problem with Perfstack queries but no solution has been delivered. On our own we have identified that within the Worker Process of IIS accumulate some requests of type /api/ and /api2/perfstack/ that the platform takes too long to release and placing a counter within the performance counter of concurrent connections shows an increase of more than 100 connections reaching peaks of up to 700 requests generating that immediately the website is slow until it falls and the only solution is to restart the IIS service with the command IISRESET from the CMD.

I would like to know if anyone else has noticed this behavior since it is negatively impacting customers who are multitenant or have their website exposed to the internet generating unavailability and therefore penalties in SLA for unavailability of the website.
