Currently the only method that I am aware of is to unmanage the pool or delete the whole IIS app and re-add it. Should be a way to indicate that "this pool no longer exists on the server" and get it all cleaned out. I believe we would also need the same option for websites that have been removed from the server also.
Does anyone else when they pick the help option while in inventory, and then select the best practice in IT management, which goes to blog.samanage.com/.../, get a page not found?
