SLA rule to remind agents that no action has been taken on incident

Currently, you can only send notifications to managers.  Please add "Incident Assignee" so they can also be notified of SLA breaches. 

This would be great to use as reminders for incidents that may have been forgotten or haven't been updated in awhile.

Would be useful if we could select other User fields or those CC'd as well.
