When a ticket is scheduled and assigned to a tech automatically add the scheduled ticket information into Outlook as an appointment on both the techs and clients calendar.
Great idea, It would help schedule replacements and installs for us and something I've wanted for a while
Having this would be wonderful. We have many time sensitive tickets. Integrating the WHD calendar with the techs' linked email only makes sense.

It appears this may have been implemented at least partially in 12.6.12? @Avadhut.Deshpande
Do you mean the iCal export button? If so it appears to only export a static version of the calendar, and any future items added to it or changed to dont reflect in my Outlook. Is there something else I am missing?
