Since launching SWSD to our company, we discovered that Requesters are not able to edit the custom fields of the tickets that they are the requesters of. We thought in Roles & Permissions that creating a permission of: Update -> Incidents in the scope of --Requester-- would suffice, but learned that it's not the case. I think it would be important to implement this feature for Requesters as Requesters tend to submit tickets under the incorrect categories very often and having them be able to fill out that new form that appears on the category I changed it to, would save them time from having to submit a whole other ticket.
