We are nearly 2 weeks in to moving from WHD to SWSD, and I'm still trying to figure things out. BTW, thanks to all those who helped me on the WHD side of things!!!
Looking through documentation and other posts, I'm only finding the obvious for what the Service Catalog Item states are for (Draft, Internal, Approved). My confusion comes from the "CI" itself having a state, and then the resulting tickets of those CI's having their own states. The tickets, sure, that's normal. But what are these specific states for the CI's used for, and how are they defined? Draft makes sense, and Approved makes sense, but what is Internal for? There's a completely separate option for showing/hiding them in the portal, so I know it has nothing to do with that.
