I like to see a connection to Jira to submit out of the project management tickets into WHD and the solution reported back to Jira.

Any sort of JIRA integration would be good really.

yeah - my department wants to integrate SAM to submit tickets... this is an obstacle and I am afraid they will go to a new monitoring package to solve this problem

this might already be possible with REST API since Jira supports REST API too. haven't tested but it's a huge possibility.
