Is there a way to change the default columns available on "assigned assets" page of a client?

Currently when looking at a Client's assets in WHD, we only see 4 columns: Asset No., Model, Location, and Room. Is there any way to add columns to this view? Even if all assets don't have a "Network Name" or our internal asset number (the default Asset No is the Serial number) it'd be nice to include that in our environment as people have multiple computers and it's hard to identify which asset is which when they have several similar assets.

No it is not possible to append this view, unlike if you were within the Assets section itself.

This is the benefit of using the Client Interface where the End Users would select which piece of hardware the issue relates to, saving the Technician's time in doing further research.

thanks for the response. This makes sense -- we don't let end users log into WHD as we aren't high enough volume to necessitate it, so sometimes the features that are meant for the end users themselves are lost on me.

Wow, you lose out on users selecting the correct categories (Request Types), forcing them to select custom fields and giving them the chance to check FAQs so they don't actually bother your support team. Win, win!

In a perfect world, yes. But our environment (local government spanning a couple closely related departments) has a lot of non-standard quirks a traditional business doesn't have, including a high turnover rate of seasonal employment, so it just doesn't make sense to invest that much time in training these users during onboarding on something like how to use the ticketing system.
