Users, both Clients and Techs, are being intermittently dropped from the application. It appears to effect everybody but not at the same time. We have approximately 60 techs working tickets at any given time and a considerable amount of customization. Behind the scenes we have custom scripts and SQL the runs hourly updating and closing tickets based on external factors. We do not use this for IT related issues and nearly all of our workflow is based on custom fields and action rules.
The log has grown rapidly showing dozens and dozens of exceptions but nothing in particular stands out. We recently (within the last month) "a token signing cert was replaced" but at this point we think that change should have permeated through-out the network. Our official IT support thinks the WHD is an outdated product and would like us to move to a competitor. However, considering all of our customization and how well WHD was working for us I am very reluctant to change. We are running 12.6 and were about to jump to 12.7.9.
Any suggestions or advice on how to identify the root cause is appreciated.
