Sensitive HR Tickets

Question

Working on a Service Catalog Item that will have sensitive Incidents.  The incidents can only be seen by certain individuals.

My thought on how to deal with this is to create a category for these and then modify roles so that only certain roles will be able to see them, this would include Administrators.

Is this about the only way I would be able to do something like this?

Hi!

Sean is correct that right now its an all or nothing scenario. We are starting work on a better experience for this use case with our work on what we are calling Beyond IT or Enterprise Service Management (ESM). This new work will allow you to better segment the data from other service providers while also allowing them to collaborate when needed.

I would pay attention to our What We're Working On page, WWWO, to see all the updates as we work on this feature.

Yes. As of today, information can only be restricted at an all or nothing scenario. You can either see the ticket, or not.

Our good friend @joeybrown may be able to shed additional light on what may be considered in the future. All that being said, it never hurts to make sure it has a Feature Request.
