Anyone installed it yet and have any feedback. Just installed on development server and looking good so far. Checklists now at 30 with this release.
No issues so far on core program. It is still using postgres9. We are having functionality issues with the WHD mobile app. .
I have installed - but still can't do more than 10 on Checklist. You can get more than 10 you are saying?
One bug popped back up for us so far, emails aren't sent to techs in the CC or BC field. This workaround seems to have stopped working. Tried changing the version in the config line to 12.7.9 but still not send CC or BC to techs.
Be aware that the increased item limit is only adding once checklist is added to the Ticket.
The Checklist Template itself still has a limit of 10 - Feature Request raised.
Can you confirm which build of 12.7.9 you are using as there have been two so far on SW Portal? First one missed updated OpenJDK 11.1.15
Build #12.7.9.8603 with Java 11.0.15, should openJDK 11.1.15 be installed?
Sorry, typo 11.0.15 is correct as per Release Notes, as long as it is not 11.0.11.
As I said before it is working fine on mine with Build #12.7.9.8603 with Java 11.0.15 - no need to add any workaround.
Is it recorded in the Ticket History that an attempt was made to send to CC/BCC recipient?
Is the CC or BCC person the only one requiring an E-Mail update, ie Not Client, Tech or Level Techs ticked?
So the below fix does still apply, the version number in the config line needed to 12.7.8 even though we are running version 12.7.9 of WHD
