We receive the below message in Orion regarding our SNOW integration. Nothing looks incorrect on either Orion or SNOW. Everything seems to continue to work fine. If we go into the alert and re-save it, (with no changes), the message goes away.
I have had this, and I never did get to why it happened. My fix was to add in another Alert Action, and recreate the Incident task. The new one, Identical as far as I could tell, worked. I assume it was some JSON or data type related thing.
Thanks! Yeah, it seems just touching the alert resolves the message... strange, but at least it doesn't seem to be affecting anything. Thanks again
