Our team are wondering if it is possible to insert a graphic onto the client view of the help request page (e.g a map of the site) as per the image below:
Nope; that space is what's used to display FAQs (if any are associated with the currently selected Request Type)
That makes sense - we haven't used the FAQ feature yet so that would probably work since you can insert pictures into FAQs anyway Thanks for the response.
