If approval proces is positive - way to close ticket

Hi,

Is there any way that we can auto-close a ticket when a specific linked approval process is positive?

When negative, can we link another action?

Just found it myself. You can link a specific status type to "denied" or "approved".

Then you can link an actionrule to this status to auto-close the ticket.
