BES Server alerts

Hi all,

I need some help with the definition of an alert, here is the situation:

I've attached several UDP to the BES server, there is one in particullar that retrieve the datetime of the last interaction between the server and the device.

Here is the point:

Is there way, maybe with the custom SQL Alert , to alert me when there has not been any changes in the datetime of the last interaction for more than 3hr?

with a custom sql alert you could compare the returned date/time to the current datetime of the database and alarm if it differs by more than 3hours and alarm on this, yes...

you would need to get your dba to work on this though, if we had done this already I would share.
