I don't see all my techs under tech permissions. I have a 25 seat license and I only see 12 under Setup>Techs>Tech Permissions>assigned techs(tab). What gives?

Tech permission set is defined in detailed settings of Tech account, so I assume that you have 25 seat license and you created 25 Tech accounts and for each you assigned Tech permission set?

Ohh.. I see it now, it looked random because when some of the Techs were set up, they were set as Admin, which I suppose has full permissions and you can't assign those users to a tech permissions group. You have to set them to 'Tech' before you can assign them to a permission group. Your comment helped me look in the right place, Thanks!
