Im currently adding new User to our Service Desk, but at the moment, we dont like to push the users to create an account to use Service Desk. So therefore, i disable the Send Welcome email during user creation, and im sending them my own mail/text via our internal mail addresses.
So i asked myxself, if it would'n be possible to customize the welcome email, to start Corporate identiy already from start of the Solaris Servicesk Experience.
