I am looking for advice regarding task reminders in SolarWinds Service Desk.
Use case: we have process tasks assigned to different Service Task Users during an onboarding workflow. We would like to send automatic reminders directly to the actual assignee of each pending process task, for example before the task due date or when the task is overdue.
Has anyone implemented this successfully using native SWSD functionality, automation rules, notifications, or an external workaround?
Any recommendations or best practices would be appreciated.
