It would awesome to be able to pick the default view for the end-user. Usability as well as functionally, the "waffle" view is way more convenient. But the default view is the list view, which I understand why a list view is helpful, but it is based on when the service is based on popularity or is sorted alphabetically. I know you can highlight services, but the end-user finds seeing the categorizations in how they are organized in the "waffle" view is infinitely more helpful.
