Automation - Process Integration - Error

Hey Thwack,

I'm trying to get an Automation to post a comment onto a ticket automatically but it keeps erroring out. I have duplicated the process integration exactly from how I have one in a runbook that works flawlessly so I'm unsure why this one is not working. I've included screen shots of the Process Integration from the automation as well as the Audit log from the ticket I'm using for testing. I'm really not sure what I'm doing wrong any insight would be greatly appreciated.

OK So they had me make a new Credential & Process Integration with the below settings and it worked oddly if you add the additional header info into the process integration inside of the Automation it wont work but inside the Credentials section it will.

Credential:
Name: Solarwinds API - Automations
Additional headers

Name: Content-Type
Value: application/xml

Name: Accept
Value: application/vnd.samanage.v2.1+xml

Process Integration:
Name: Solarwinds API - Automations
URL: https://api.samanage.com/
Authentication Method: SolarWinds Service Desk Web Token
Credentials: Solarwinds API - Automations
HTTP Method: POST
Retries: 1

I tried to get this working, no luck either. Might be worth it to put in a support request as I think this is not working properly.

I've been working with them and they are not able to replicate the issue on there end so far I'm scheduling a second call with them (hopefully this afternoon) for them to get me to try a few more things. Assuming we locate the issue I will update this post.

Good luck, definitely update me if you can get this working. Was looking to possibly replace the email notification on closed tickets as well.
