New Interface??

Hey everyone.

We are a long time user of Web Help Desk and wanted to get a look at Nextgen before deploying it so I stood up another server and was going to look it there. I installed it, but it looks the same. Did I miss something? I thought this would have the new interface on it. Do I have to enable it?

Just wondering if anyone knows.

I have not done it yet since it does not support SAML login, but there does appear to be some steps needed to enable it. https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/whd/content/release_notes/whd_2026-1_release_notes.htm#link3

Let me know what you think of it. I'm looking forward to it when it supports our environment.

Only Client UI so far so if you are using your Tech or Tech Adnin login, you won't see a difference yet.
