For Automation Rules, it would be great if we had the option to add public/private comments for "Actions" when a condition is triggered successfully. For example, if a certain category/subcategory ticket is submitted, the automation rule would kick off to post a public comment to advise the requester of tips, disclaimers, etc. Same with private notes as well, this would help give warnings, disclaimers, etc to the tech if we had the ability to add comments through an automation rule
