SWSD has now integrated with MS Team, on MS Team you can create tickets, view ticket details,... but when the ticket information is updated on SWSD, there is no notification on MS Team, MS Team only Automatically updated in the "Detail" section of the ticket.
The company can set up additional notification features to update ticket information on MS Team for user convenience.
