Set up an MSP model for service desk that allows administrator to configure separate service catalogs and self service portals using unique branded URLs for access, for separate customers also allowing for custom branding. allow administrator to chose to use SSO for Login or a native Solar Winds Service Desk assigned user name and PW for access. Allow for separate cats and subcats for each of the MSP customer instances.
