When viewing tickets under Group Tickets or My Tickets it shows them in a list format. I believe that it would be a beneficial feature to be able to simply select the column categories and be able to manually change them as needed; for example:
Ticket #, Priority, Status, Location, Request Type, and Tech are columns that I have set when viewing tickets. In order to change them without going fully into the ticket I can select the "Latest Note" column and make changes, but it creates a new note in the process. I propose instead that we should be able to click on the Priority, Status, Location, Request Type, or Tech (among others) and be offered a drop down with available selections; in addition there can be a SAVE and SAVE/EMAIL option. This would prevent a note from being created and would allow technicians quick and easy access to make changes to tickets on the fly.
