We are just beginning to look at Parts to see if it would help us in our school district. We are looking to add Projector Lamps as Parts, so we can keep an inventory of projector lamps and which projectors those lamps will fit.
So I added the Part (DT01091), which is a lamp that fits Hitachi CP-D10, Hitachi CP-D10N, Hitachi CP-W10, Hitachi CP-W10N, etc). BUT, in Web Help Desk 12.2, I can only assign the part to one Model. That presents a problem. Now when a tech searches on a specific model, the tech will either find lamps in inventory, or NO lamps in inventory depending upon which Model the lamp was assigned to.
We need to be able to assign multiple models to a part, since there are parts that will fit with multiple models.
