I'm trying to make a report that excludes 1 or 2 specific categories / subcategories, and right now the only way for me to do that is to select every category except the ones I want to exclude. The bigger problem with this is that if we later add categories, I have to remember to add the new categories to this report. It would be much easier to allow a "not equals" filter for these reports. Report on all data except for these specific categories. This would avoid the issue of needing to add any newly added categories, as well as being a lot easier. This would also be great for filtering out specific departments, like if I don't want to include tickets that IT created.
