All the time based metrics/statistics have the option to be either based on "business hours" OR "elapsed time". Except for the "To Assignment" time metric. For some reason, that statistic combines both times into one field and the reporting is ONLY done on elapsed time. That means I cannot measure our "To Assignment" time based on business hours. This renders the statistic/metric unusable in our case since we are only concerned about business hour metrics.
