This is just a little quality of life thing, but when working on Incidents I often find myself wanting to see the Requester's name (usually to make sure I'm remembering/spelling it correctly when replying). In the current layout, the Requester is just above the Incident description which scrolls out of view when you're working down in the comments area. This leads to a lot of scrolling up and down on a ticket with a lot of comments.
I think it would be nice to have that Requester field be included in the fixed header portion of the Incident page, where the State, Assignee, etc. are located.
