The feature to enable "Live view of new incidents" helps, but I would like to see the ability to set the incident/service request page to automatically refresh at a given interval. Manage Engine's Service Desk Plus has a setting like this, and it's extremely useful. Users can set the page to auto refresh at various intervals such as 5 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes, so that new incidents are automatically displayed without interaction from the technician.
