Ability to hide department and site when creating a new service catalogue request.

Hi,

It would be good to hide the department and site fields on a service catalog request.

Some of our requests do not require the person to enter their department name or site name.

We ideally do not want the user to enter site and department information but just the request detail.

I hope this can be approved as a feature request.

Hi, I contacted support for this and was told to raise a request here to add it as a product feature. Thank you for showing me the option to do this.

I agree with this as we have sites that we add and remove and would like to keep the historical data but make the site not a choice in the drop down menu.
