When creating a new status, the color seems to be chosen at random. This could lead to some mismatched color / word combinations. For example, We have a status of "Customer Responded" which is a light orange color. It would make more sense for this status to be more of a blue or green. This "Customer Responded" color is a similar to the color of our status of "Need More Information". This color makes sense for the "need information" status, as orange is a color that indicates waiting, or a warning state. But it does not make sense for when the customer has responded to a ticket. (And I'm sure there are many other examples out there.)
