We have always been requested to have features that will help reduce manual intervention and this is no different, there are may scenario
1) User want their AD account unlocked
2) A tech identified the issue with the leased line/MPLS... and a ticket need to be opened with service provider.
With WHD Process -> Action rules are great and can send emails / assign tickets to respective team its still not smart.
What are we expecting in WHD
1) Run simple scripts to complete pre approved services request like unlock AD account for users or similar functions
2) Connect to 3rd party web API (HTTP Post/Get) to create /update/close tickets with service providers in our case over 2500 LL/MPLS/POP Circuits.
