We've been using the "Convert into Service Request" feature for a few months now and we would like now to know if there is a plan to Convert a "Service Request/Catalogue" into a "Service Request/Catalogue"?
Sometimes users are submitting their request under the wrong Service Catalogue item, and it would be useful to have the possibility to convert a service catalogue into another one.
