I would like to see the following.

The ability in Queues to activate and de-activate agents when they are on sick leave or PTO or returning rather than have the agent responsible. The current work around is to delete them from Queue and re-add when they return.
A widget in the dashboard that will display Agents active in Queue available to Admins, and Queue owners.

Yes this is a huge issue having the tech be responsible for turning themselves on/off. Admins should be able to do this for the tech if need be.

The ability to auto-assign by queue is greatly hampered by this absence.
