Currently the User custom field only allows people to select one user. It would help to have a custom field option to allow multiple users to be selected. This field is already on the Incident form with the CC field. Would like to see this element included in the Custom Field options.
The Field Type should include a Users field or an option to allow the User field to allow multiple values.
It should be possible to use the values stored in this field for custom Processes. Email notification for instance can be sent to all users in the field.
