When entering multiple tickets the user will click Save and goes back to the main portal and then has to click on the link/button again. Would be nice to have a way that the requester can stay on the entry page. Maybe a question of "Do you have additional request?" and then a Yes/No. Yes would send them back to the Request/New Ticket so they can create another ticket quicker.
