In our current operational framework, users are encouraged to submit enhancement requests for the programs they utilize through our helpdesk ticketing system. These requests are subsequently manually transposed into our project management platform on Monday.com

To streamline this process and enhance user engagement, I propose the establishment of a dedicated section exclusively devoted to user-driven improvements. This section would offer users a structured platform equipped with a calendar feature, facilitating real-time monitoring of submitted requests and their corresponding activities. Furthermore, incorporating an approval or hold toggle mechanism would provide stakeholders with greater control and transparency over the progression of proposed enhancements.

By instituting such a section, we aim to foster a collaborative environment wherein users actively participate in the evolution and optimization of our programs, thereby ensuring alignment with their evolving needs and expectations.
