Reports

Customer has the expectation that when we generate a report the display of graph indicates the data requested - then select table view that the data would be the same.

Not sure why the engineers state this is working as designed.

The customer has no option to change the selection from graph to table view - so why is it the number of records does not match on screen view to table view

and the engineers think this is acceptable.

Is the user looking at an attached PDF or clicking on the button View Report to the report and reruns the report at the time it was clicked? Example I have a report that sends a PDF to a requester and all they can view is the PDF without more security. Users like myself can click on the link to the report but if I have it set to last 30 days - it runs the report for the last 30 days from the time I open the report and maybe not the time frame I wanted. The data does seem to match the report as long as there is not a delay from running the report to view tabular.
