The search function when merging incidents is terrible. And the AI trying to identify what it thinks you're looking for is equally terrible.
I can search for a person's name, and instead of getting tickets that the person has requested I'll get a bunch of random tickets that has nothing to do with that person. I can search for a key word, and get results from 6 months ago when the ticket I'm looking for came in yesterday. Yes, I know there is a "sort by newest", but that's not the default for some reason. And sometimes I'm not looking for newest or oldest, but rather looking for an open ticket which has been open for a while.
Search fields (like requester, title, body, state, etc.) would be immensely helpful in this (and almost all) situations. Any kind of "advanced search" would be appreciated.
