It would be very useful to add a <tag> that would allow for the latest client and/or tech note to be displayed.
We have a number of Action Rules which would benefit from this feature.
I would add to this request in that adding a tag for the latest tech/client notes would benefit the SMS messaging. If we can use it in the template, we would then get updated comments in the SMS texts when they are updated.
