Problem: I have a service request for terminating employees. I have many custom fields. Once a request is submitted, after manager approval to vet the validity, a notification is sent to all interested parties that need to be aware of the employee's termination. In the service request, the order of the fields makes sense, but the notification has the fields out of order.
Request: Please link order of the field location in the service request with the order in which the ticket attributes show in notifications.
