Since the Group Assignment field was added and we divided to use it rather than having groups show in the Assigned To field we find that techs can no longer create a filter to show all their work. Something like...
"show me all the tickets assigned to me (regardless of group) or any ticket assigned to a group I belong to regardless of tech" so that the tech or supervisor can track all the work they may be interested in in one filter. When there was one field, this was early. now we need two views
1. Show me all the tickets I am assigned to
2. Show me all tickets in selected groups.
I believe this could be accomplished if an OR capability was added to the view filters between these two fields. Perhaps there are other ways I am missing.
